Onbird Phu Quoc extends its sincere notice regarding the Lunar New Year holiday schedule:
Holiday Duration: From February 9, 2024 to February 15, 2024.
Normal operations of our office and dive shop will resume on February 15, 2024
During this period, online booking requests and customer service procedures will be as follows:
- Close all allotments for new booking requests from Feb 9 to Feb 14, 2024
- All booked tours and participants will be taken care of via online communication channels but please allow our delayed responses as we have just one staff on duty at a time to support urgent requests/ inquiries.
Online working hours on Tet holidays:
- Feb 9: Closed
- Feb 10: From 8:30 to 11:30 and from 18:00 to 21:00
- Feb 11: From 8:00 to 17:00
- Feb 12: From 8:00 to 11:30
- Feb 13: From 8:00 to 11:30
- Feb 14: From 8:00 to 21:00
