フーコック島：10月から国内外の観光客受入再開　ハロンやホイアンも順次再開 今年10月から南部メコンデルタ地方キエンザン省フーコック市(島)への観光客受け入れを再開する。これにより、フーコック市は2021年末までに200万～300万人の観光客を受け入れる見通しとなっている。 　計画によると、同省は、新型コロナウイルスワクチン接種証明書(ワクチンパスポート)を有する国内外の観光客がベトナム国内を旅行できるように有利な条件を整え、観光刺激プログラムを展開する。 観光刺激計画を実施するにあたり、文化スポーツ観光省は、観光業に携わる人々と地元住民に対する新型コロナウイルスワクチンの接種を徹底させる。 　フーコック市に続いて、◇東北部地方クアンニン省ハロン市、◇南中部沿岸地方クアンナム省ホイアン市、◇同カインホア省ニャチャン市、◇南中部高原地方ラムドン省ダラット市などでも観光客受け入れを順次再開していく。 キエンザン省は7日からフーコック市を含む8つの行政区に対して、首相指示第16号/CT-TTgよりも規制が緩い首相指示第15号/CT-TTgに沿った社会的隔離措置を適用する形で規制緩和に動いている.
