TERMS OF BUSINESS <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\r\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Price_and_payment\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 110%; color: #003366;\"><strong>1. Price and payment<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All prices on our website or sales literature are based on booking directly with OnBird Phu Quoc and are subject to change.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All prices are VAT-exclusive and valid till 31 December 2025.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment by card is available via our online payment system (with a utility fee of 3-3,5% of the transaction).<br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All daily tours are subject to minimum participant numbers.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"a_Payment_by_Credit_Card\"><\/span><strong>a. Payment by Credit Card<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\r\nWe connect with OnePAY Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payments (www.onepay.vn) as well as other high-security Payment Gateways. All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standards. Your card information will not be stored in our system (merchant) or Payment Gateway Servers.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"b_Cash_payments\"><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\">b. Cash payments<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\r\n<span style=\"font-size: 100%;\">Cash payments can be made for the final amount directly to the OnBird Office or in-charge staff upon arrival, thereby avoiding additional fees.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Guaranteed_reservation_and_deposit\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><b>2. Guaranteed reservation and deposit<\/b><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p>Booking through online travel agencies (OTAs) such as GetYourGuide and Viator typically results in prices that are 25% to 30% higher. To gain a better understanding of the tour, it is advisable to book directly. Depending on the dates of your reservation, a deposit may be required to secure your booking, which can be made via credit card, local bank transfer, or cash. This deposit is essential, as the tour accommodates a limited number of participants.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deposit: 20 &#8211; 50% of the tour price is required\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li aria-level=\"1\">3.5% and VAT (10%) additional for any payment by credit card<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The remaining balance can be paid in CASH to our guide on the tour date.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><b>For other periods of the year:<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deposit is subject to our availability and upon individual bookings\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Cancellation_Policy\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><b>3. Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\r\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"a_Cancellation_initiated_by_the_guest\"><\/span><strong>a. Cancellation initiated by the guest.<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">If a cancellation occurs more than<strong> 03 days before the departure date<\/strong>, a full refund will be issued at no charge.<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">If a cancellation occurs<strong> within 02 days of the departure date<\/strong>, the deposit is non-refundable, or a 50% cancellation fee may be applied, depending on the circumstances.<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">If a cancellation occurs within<strong>\u00a001 day of the departure date<\/strong>, as well as no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee, with no refund available.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"b_Cancellation_initiated_by_OnBird\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <strong>b. Cancellation <\/strong><\/span><strong>initiated <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>by OnBird<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<div><strong>Bad sea\/weather conditions: <\/strong>To address adverse sea and weather conditions forward open-water experience, OnBird has developed an advanced forecasting system that predicts wave levels, wave directions, tide levels, and currents. This system enables us to assess weather and water conditions 8 to 12 days prior to the scheduled tour date, ensuring both safety management and an optimized experience. <strong>You will receive a full refund<\/strong>. Additionally, please be aware of the cancellation policy, which is communicated a few days prior to the tour date. In the event of adverse weather or sea conditions, <span style=\"color: #ed1c24;\">OnBird will notify you 3 to 12 days in advance, allowing you ample time to prepare alternative plans.<\/span><\/div>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>\r\n<div>In the event of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, please be assured that OnBird will notify you 3 to 12 days in advance, allowing you to make alternative plans. Should a cancellation be necessary, you will receive a full refund, and you will be informed of the cancellation possibility well before the tour date.<\/div>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Minimum Participant Number<\/strong>: Each tour requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the necessary minimum is not met, OnBird will cancel the tour and notify you in advance. It is important to let us know about any medical conditions that you presently have (or have had) that may impact you whilst on board our boat and on any premises operated by us.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In consideration of the right to participate in an activity, you voluntarily assume all risks relating to, or incidental to, such participation and release and indemnify OnBird Phu Quoc from all claims regardless of their nature.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OnBird Phu Quoc reserves the right to refuse to permit any passengers to participate in any of the activities, or to require proof of medical fitness to its satisfaction prior to permitting a person to participate in any of the activities offered.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OnBird Phu Quoc reserves the right to refuse entry into or upon any vessel, vehicle or part of OnBird Phu Quoc property to any person deemed by OnBird Phu Quoc employees to be intoxicated, abusive or acting in a threatening manner to any OnBird Phu Quoc employee or other person. The directions of any OnBird Phu Quoc employees MUST be obeyed and any refusal to co-operate may result in you being excluded from the tour. No refund will be issued to passengers who do not adhere to these requirements.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OnBird Phu Quoc reserves the right to alter the schedule of the tour, substitute a vessel for another, or cancel the tour without notice if circumstances require it to do so.
