This was a 1st for my family and John and Edward from OnBird were amazing! They prepared all the necessary gears for us (3 adults and 1 6yo), equipment was new and clean, gave detailed safety briefing and taught us how to snorkel, whilst making sure non swimmers like me and my 6yo felt safe in the water. Both of them were with us, in the water, throughout the 1-1/2 hour trip. We also engaged them to take pics for us underwater and the pics turned out super awesome! We have since recommended, and will continue to, them to friends and family.
